As a Director of Adapt for Arts, I develop services that make arts and cultural organisations more financially sustainable.

As the Deputy Director of the National Arts Fundraising School, each year I train up to 60 arts, culture and heritage professionals from around the world in fundraising skills and strategy.

I’m an award-winning Co-Chair of Emergency Exit Arts, Trustee of New Israel Fund UK, Curator of #ArtsSummit, Advisory Board Member for the Resource Alliance’s #IFCHolland, a Top 100 Charity Influencer, write for national press, and regularly speak at national and international charity conferences.

I hold postgraduate qualifications in fundraising and philanthropy, and business administration.
